No, making some tasty ice cream in your kitchen isn’t difficult at all! It is incredibly easy!
Today I have a really yummy ice cream recipe for you. You can make it quick and easy without having to use an ice-making machine.
The advantage of homemade ice cream is you know what the ingredients are. And you can define how sweet, fruity, or creamy the ice cream should be. When tasting your ice cream mixture before putting it into the freezer, consider that ice cream does taste less sweet when frozen. So make your mixture just a little bit sweeter than you want your ice cream when it is ready to enjoy.
The strawberries with a hint of vanilla taste fresh and fruity. And so they are the perfect combination for the milky creamy yogurt cream mixture.
If you have some lemons in your kitchen you can add a splash of lemon juice to the strawberries. Or a little bit of the zest – but only use the zest when the lemons are organic.
Let the popsicles freeze overnight, or for 6 to 8 hours. So you will have a sweet and refreshing treat ready to grab when you or your family long for something sweet.
Enjoy!
