Refreshing good mood smoothie – Pineapple Mint Smoothie

It doesn’t matter what your favorite time of the year is – this smoothie is a treat all year round.

A glass of this tropical tastebuds treat is the perfect refreshing and a slightly sweet smoothie for every day.

The juicy sweet pineapple lifts the mood and raises the good mood summer feeling. The mild lime flavor that balances the sweetness of the pineapple also brings in the cool freshness. Fresh herbs are always good for fantastic flavor in drinks, smoothies and dishes. So in this smoothie, the refreshing mint perfectly rounds off the taste of this smoothie.

Recipe for 1,2 Liter Smoothie:

1 pineapple
2 limes
600 – 800 ml of water
8 twigs of mint
option: 2 tbsp agave syrup (or more to your own taste)

Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces.

Squeeze the limes.

Pluck off the mint leaves from the twig.

In a blender blend the mint leaves with a little bit of the water ( approx. 100 ml) and the lime juice. Fill the mixture in a carafe.

Also, blend the pineapple pieces and fill the puree in the carafe.

Then fill up the carafe with the water and give it all a stir.

Sweeten the smoothie to your own taste.
