This strawberry, banana, yogurt smoothie is very simple: Put all the ingredients together and blend them. Ready!
When you are home and have the time to have a look in your fridge – every 20-30 minutes to see if you find “something” it is better to prepare some small bites or a smoothie before you find the drawer filled with chocolate.
Very good, but never the less some strawberry banana yogurt smoothie in between is never wrong. Fruity and sweet from the strawberries and the banana. The yogurt makes the smoothie refreshing. Using frozen strawberries makes the drink cooled. If you want to sweeten it up just add some syrup.
Recipe (2 persons):
200g strawberries, frozen
250g plant-based yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
70g plant-based milk
Add all ingredients to a high jar, not forget to peel the banana 😉
Mix them with a hand blender.
Fill 2 nice glasses and add some decorations on top.
Ready to drink!
