When you are home and have the time to have a look in your fridge – every 20-30 minutes to see if you find “something it is better to prepare some small bites which are on you table before you find the drawer within chocolate. Today I prepare my Matcha Pralinen Rezept to have a snack on the table.
Very good, but never the less some strawberry banana yogurt smoothie in between is never wrong. Fruity and sweet from the strawberries and the banana. The yogurt makes the smoothie refreshing. Using frozen strawberries makes the drink cooled. If you want to sweet it up just add some syrup.
Recipe (2 persons):
200g strawberries, frozen
250g plantbased yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
70g plantbased milk
Add all ingredients to a high jar, not forget to peel the banana 😉
Mix them with a hand blender.
Fill 2 nice glasses and add some decoration on top.
Ready to drink!
