I am sure you all know this situation too well: You are at home and out of the desire for a snack you peep into your fridge – every 20-30 minutes to find “something”. Then it might be a good idea to prepare some small snack bites or a smoothie.
You can never go wrong with a healthy pure delicious strawberry banana smoothie. It is fruity and sweet from the strawberries and the banana. And the yogurt makes the smoothie refreshing. Using frozen strawberries makes the drink chilled from the start. When you use fresh fruit, put the smoothie into the fridge for a little while or serve it with some ice cubes. If you want to sweeten it up – just add some syrup.

Recipe (2 servings):
200g strawberries, frozen
250g plant-based yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
70g plant-based milk
Add all ingredients into a high jar, do not forget to peel the banana 😉
Mix them with a blender.
Fill in two nice glasses and add some decorations – a teaspoon of yogurt or some mint leaves – on top.
Ready to drink!
