When the stomach is growling you necessitate a super quick, simple, and extremely yummy one-pot pasta dish.
A One-pot pasta dish is a dish where you only need one pot to cook the whole dish. This is super convenient and saves using a lot of pans and pots ;-). Moreover, you don’t have to chop any vegetables. No knives and cutting boards are needed. You only have to stir everything together – finished. That’s faster than any delivery service in the world :-).
Use any pasta form you like. For the creamy sauce, I used some vegan creme fraiche. If you can’t find one in your store, you can substitute it with vegan creme cheese. Also, I used plant-based yogurt. And I love to use frozen peas because they are cooked really quickly. Therefore, just cook them a few minutes together with the pasta. Then you only have to add salt and pepper, stir, and eat. If you have a favorite herb mix or some fresh herbs in your kitchen you can also add them to the noodles.

5 minutes before the given cooking time on the pasta’s package, put the peas into the water. And let them cook with the pasta.
When the pasta is ready take a mug and take out cooking water from the pot and put it aside. Strain the rest of the water.
