Are you looking for some variations for your breakfast? Here is the absolutely right recipe for that!
The base of this super tasty breakfast are frozen berries. Together with some plant-based milk and a banana, the breakfast smoothie bowl is almost perfect. On top, there is some chia pudding and some nut butter. That’s both – tasty and healthy!
As you all know I LOVE BERRIES. Luckily there are always frozen berries ready to buy in the supermarket. So if they are out of season frozen berries save my life – for smoothies, breakfast cereals, or cakes.
The berry chia pudding breakfast is the perfect recipe for meal prepping. If you prepare it in the evening, you can put it into the fridge to have a cool breakfast or – during wintertime you can even warm it up slightly before you eat it in the morning. The banana is a natural sweetener for this breakfast. If you don’t like bananas you can replace them with an apple or other fruits as you like – mixed or in pieces.
If you want your breakfast more creamy use plant-based yogurt instead of milk. Alternatively to the chia seeds, you can choose flaxseeds or porridge oats.
To those who still miss some sweetness – add some maple syrup or any other syrup.
Enjoy!
