These tasty and refreshing popsicles are fully loaded with pineapple and fresh mint taste.
And it is so so easy to do it yourself at home. And you can decide on your own how sweet sugared you like your popsicle. Without any further ingredients than these four: pineapple, mint, agave syrup, and water. And it is so practicable to have a few nice popsicles stored in your freezer.
You can also fill the ice into ice cube forms and freeze it. Later add these ice cubes to a water jar to get refreshing infused water.

Recipe – 4 pieces (à 95 ml):
Mint part:
17 mint leaves
4 tbsp water
4 tsp agave syrup
7 small pieces = 55g pineapple
Pineapple part:
190g pineapple
3 tbsp water
4 tsp agave syrup
Mint part:
Wash the mint leaves and mix water and syrup.
Put everything in the mixer bowl and mix it into a homogenous mixture.
Pineapple part:
Mix the water with the syrup. Now add the pineapple pieces and mix it up!
Fill the form:
If you have nice pineapple looking silicon forms first add the mint part on the top of the form. If you want to avoid any mixture with the ananas part you have to freeze the mint part now for 2 to 3 hours. Afterwards, fill in the pineapple mixture.
Now put it for at least 4 hours into the freezer.
