This honeydew melon smoothie with mint, lemon, and yogurt is a fresh, light drink for summer times. And you can decide on your own how sweet you like it.
The honeydew melon has a very tasty, soft pulp. The mint adds a summerly freshness. You can see melon and mint as best buddies. Mint leaves taste perfect with any kind of melon. The plant-based yogurt supports all the flavors and makes the smoothie creamy.
And again you need just very few ingredients. Blend them and this very tasty smoothie is ready for your perfect hot summer day.

Recipe (ca. 750ml):
330g golden honeydew melon
150g plant-based yogurt (unsweetened)
16 big mint leaves
1 lemon
optional: agave syrup – according to your taste
Squeeze the lemon. Wash the fresh mint leaves and blend them with the lemon juice.
Peel off the melon, remove the seeds and slice it. Add the melon to the mint – lemon mix and blend it.
At the very end add the yogurt and mix it.
Optionally add the agave syrup – as little or as much as you like.
Ready to drink!
