Today I add this really fast and really easy recipe for simple almond chocolate pralines. It just consists of 4 ingredients. The choice of chocolate is your choice. No chance to mess this up – it will taste great anyway!
It doesn’t matter if you prepare them for your own or your beloved ones – the plate will be emptied within no time.
Enjoy!
Recipe (about 28 pieces):
110g dark chocolate
100g almond splitters
15g cocos fat
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bowl placed on a pot with warm water. Heat the pot with little heat and slowly melt the chocolate. Add the vanilla sugar and the cocos fat as soon as the chocolate has melted and mix the components.
Put the chocolate aside and let it chill down. When the chocolate gets starts to harden again add the almond splitters and mix it up.
Use a teaspoon to get the small candies out of the bowl and place the almond chocolate bites in the paper forms.
Now be patient and wait until the chocolate gets hard again.
Done!
